construction of building while staying in cancun

While I was staying in Cancun there was construction going on at the Grand Oasis.I know change is good,but some of the privelages I had were taken away because of it,like some of the bars that were supposed to be open until 5am were not,it was a all inclusive package I had,but like I said i did not have that privelage.I had to pay for some of my drinks after all the other pool bars were closed,I had asked one of the bar managers if there was any he could do for me,and he said that there was nothing that he could do,i still had to pay for my drinks.It's not really a big deal but the money i had spent to get there for a all inclusive trip i did not get what i paid for because of the construction to that part of the building.I think that next time you have construction you should have more advertisment about your hotel before people get there like myself about your construction so they won;t be so disappointed when they get there and they don;t get what they pay for you know what i mean.In all i still enjoyed myself,well that is the first time i went down south,i met some very nice people at your hotel,and now we plan to have a reunion every year. We plan to go every year at the same time which is at the end of October,but we don't know where which resort yet.Well that is my final comment. BYE

The Grand Oasis All Inclusive Hotel located at Avenida Kukulcan Km 16.5 provides some great amenities
